Frame brackets fresh from the plasma ready to be welded into place on the frame jig

Unlike the stitch welding of the stock frame, you’d be hard-pressed to find anything on a Street Shop frame that isn’t welded its full length. Note also the difference in the stack-of-dimes line of weld versus the quality of weld you see on an original frame.
The hi-def CNC plasma cutter makes it possible for Street Shop to make most of their parts in house. It will cut material ranging from thin sheet metal up to steel plate over an inch thick.
