Exciting Event for Chevy and Corvette Lovers!
The Corvette Chevy Expo will be held on March 18 and 19, 2023 at the Galveston Island Convention Center, just in time to kick off Spring Break! This event features show cars, vendors, music, and fun for everyone who has ever been inspired by one of these American classic cars or trucks. There will also be vendors, a swap meet, and a craft show to help you find the perfect gift for your favorite Chevy or Corvette enthusiast. To help you prepare for this event, we’ve put together some tips to ensure you don’t miss out on any of the fun!
About the event
Once inside the convention center, you’ll find mostly enthusiasts and collector cars on display here – which we call show cars or trailer queens. The indoor show cars compete for Best of Show and 1s, 2nd, and 3rd place awards. Chevys that receive 90+ out of 100 points will also receive the President’s Award. Spectators vote for the People’s Choice Award. There are Celebrity Choice Awards as well. Trophies are awarded at the end of the day Sunday.
We also he two Show’n Shine events in front of the Galveston Island Convention Center. There is one car show on Saturday and one on Sunday. This is simple judging, and awards are at 4 PM.

What can you expect?
The vendors will be selling items such as Diamonds, jewelry, vintage toys, model cars, wax, old Texas license plates, and home repair items, just to name a few. There will also be an automotive swap meet where you can find that old or new part you have been looking for. Maybe you need some LED lights or new brakes or brake lines. This is your chance to get it in one place with sellers from all over. Don’t miss out on a good opportunity to make some friends by buying someone’s treasures off their hands or trading something you don’t need anymore.
There will also be cars for sale. Maybe you have one you want to sell too. Prices are high, and it’s a great time to sell your collector car.
Please bring your family and friends out for a fun weekend of enjoying our hobby together with all ages. This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss. There will be plenty of things to do.
When is it?
The vendors, swap meet, car show and craft show start at 9 AM on Saturday, March 18th, and 10 AM Sunday, March 19th.
Where will it be held?
The Corvette Chevy Expo 2023 is located on Galveston’s historic Seawall Boulevard, at the Galveston Island Convention Center, 5600 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77551. Hours are Saturday 9 AM – 6 PM and Sunday 10 AM 0 6 PM. Parking is free in the parking garage. SEE MAP

This is a great family fun event. With 133,950 sq. ft of show cars, vendors, Galveston Craft Show, cars for sale, DJ, concerts, there is plenty to do, and all for one admission fee. Discount tickets are available online through the website ORDER NOW. Day passes are available for $15 per person at the gate and $13 advance purchase. Children 12 years old and under get in free. Parking is free in the parking garage. The event goes on rain or shine!
